Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), also known as 2-Factor Authentication (2FA), is required to access your account online and through the mobile app.
You will still log in using a username, password, and security question, or utilize MACO with the mobile app. Once these first layers of Authentication are completed, you will then be asked to authenticate with a one-time passcode (OTP).
The one-time passcode will be sent to the email address or text-enabled phone number that you select from your account.
You may also choose to register your device to bypass 2FA for a period of up to 90 days.
Troubleshooting Help:
- The phone numbers or email addresses listed on your account are not updated to receive the one-time passcode.
- You must contact the credit union directly to update your contact information. Call 303-770-4468 and select Option #1 for assistance.
- The device is not saving the registration to bypass the one-time passcode requirement.
- Safari Browsers currently will not allow the registration. You will either need to:
- Continue entering the one-time passcode,
- Use the mobile app (which does not use a browser), or
- Use a different internet browser, such as Google, Edge, or Firefox, to access your account.
- Registration setup is per account number, per device, and per method of access (mobile app vs. Edge browser vs. Google browser vs. Firefox).
