
Metrum Community Credit Union’s participation in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network means convenience when, where and how you want it. As our member, you can visit any of the more than 5,000+ locations where you see the CO-OP Shared Branch Logo, and conduct transactions just like you would at your home branch. At CO-OP Shared Branch locations, you can perform these transactions:

ID requirements for Shared Branch Transactions
Starting May 1, 2025, members using a Shared Branch location with an out-of-state ID must complete identity verification through the new IDCheck system before conducting a transaction. IDCheck is a secure digital tool designed to enhance fraud prevention by verifying members’ identities. To use it, members will scan a QR code or visit verify.coop.org, select Metrum Community CU, enter their account details, upload a photo of their ID, and take a selfie.
