To make your loan payment, we offer several options:

1. Automatic Fund Transfers (AFT)

AFT’s can be set up by you to happen right away, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, one time only using a future date, and more. Managing your money is even easier with the Online Banking Transfer Wizard. Just select Transfer Money from the Pay & Transfer drop down list and follow the simple steps.

AFT’s are a great tool to use for budgeting beyond just loan payments. You can set them up to start saving for the holidays or that special vacation.

*Automated fund transfers are completed at the end of the day.

2. Mail, Night Drop or deliver in person

Metrum Community Credit Union, 6980 S Holly Circle, Centennial, CO 80112.  Be sure to include your account number and loan suffix to direct where the payment should be posted.

*Payments are marked as received when they are posted to your account. MCCU is not responsible for lost or delayed payments. Late fees may apply. See the Fee Schedule for more details.

3. Shared Branch

Visit one of CO-OP’s 5,000 Shared Branch locations to make your payment. You will need your ID, account number and loan suffix when making your payment at one of our partner CU’s.

4. Loan Payment Portal with REPAY– July 2026!

Make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments with a debit card or ACH (another bank account).

Loan Payment Portal Changes

A new loan payment platform is coming July 1, 2026. Below are the details of what you should expect. Be sure to check back to this page over the next month for updates.

  • ACH (bank transfer) payments:
    • Set up one-time or recurring payments from an external checking or savings account for free.
    • All recurring ACH (bank transfer) payments set up prior to April 30, 2026, on the previous platform will be transferred to the new system and payments will continue as scheduled.
  • Debit or credit card payments:
    • Set up one-time or recurring payments using a Visa Debit Card, MasterCard Credit or Debit Card or Discover Card.
      • A convenience fee will be added for payments made using a card, ranging from $4.95 to $19.95 depending on the transaction amount.
    • Recurring credit/debit cards will NOT be transferred to the new system and will need to be rescheduled.
  • Payment portal access:
    On July 1, all payment links within the CU’s website, metrumcu.org, and online/mobile banking will automatically direct you to the new payment portal.
    • If you have bookmarked the site: https://payments.mwamplifi.com/v2/c/207/, this link will no longer process loan payments after the transition- please access the payment portal directly from the links provided on the CU’s website or online/mobile banking platforms.
  • Staff assisted payments via phone or in person:
    Effective August 15, 2026, payments made over the phone or in person, using an external account, will be charged $5.00, in addition to the convenience fee if paying by card.  

What you Need to do (On or after July 1, 2026)

  • Set up your new login:
    • New usernames and passwords must be established for the new payment portal if you want to set up recurring payments.
  • Recurring payments made by ACH (bank transfer):
    • Confirm your payment schedule and banking details are correct within the new portal.
  • Recurring payments made by debit or credit card:
    • You will need to re-establish your recurring payment in the new system once it becomes available.
  • Payments made by card (debit/credit) will be assessed a fee at the time of the transaction and will be based on the loan payment amount:
