Replace your Debit or Credit Card:

  • Login into your It’sME247 online banking account and request your replacement online, under Info Center.
  • In person: Fill out the Plastic Card Maintenance form.
  • Over the phone: Provide us with the reason why you’re requesting for a new card. Verify that the recent transactions that cleared your account are all valid.
  • A fee may be assessed for replacement cards (see Fee Schedule)
  • You will receive your new card in the mail within 7-10 business days

To report a Lost or Stolen Credit Card:

  • Please call the appropriate phone number listed below:
    • During Normal Business Hours (M-F, 9 am-5 pm MST): 303-770-4468 or toll-free1-888-383-5926
    • After Normal Business Hours: 1-888-241-2510
    • Outside of the US, call collect 909-941-1398
  • If you have called after normal business hours, please make sure to contact the Credit Union the following business day to order a replacement card
  • Block your card(s) using your MCCU Mobile APP with the Manage My Cards feature.
