How do I change my address?
- The most efficient method is to log into your account via It’sMe247 Online Banking. There you will select Info Center at the top and then Personal Information. Select ‘Edit My Information’ to make the updates. Be sure to update all accounts that you have access to that are applicable to this change.
- You may print and complete the Address Change Form and submit the request to the CU to update your account.
- You may also make the request in person via phone at 303-770-4468 or in person at one of our branch locations.
Please note, that address changes will NOT be completed without the account owner direct consent. Address Forwarding Instructions sent by the Post Office will not be followed. Your account will be marked with a wrong address until you contact us directly. Wrong Address Fees may apply.
