Order a Debit/ATM Card

Ordering a debit card for the first time:

• If you have an existing checking account and are ordering a debit card for the first time, contact the Credit Union for assistance.
• If you don’t have a checking account opened, contact the Credit Union or visit the branch to see how you can qualify for one
• A Debit Card annual fee may be assessed. See the Fee Schedule for details
• You will receive your new card in the mail within 7-10 business days

Replace your Debit Card/Credit Card/ PIN:

• Login into your It’sME247 online banking account and request your replacement online, under Info Center.
• In person: Fill out the Plastic Card Maintenance form.
• Over the phone: Provide us with the reason why you’re requesting for a new card. Verify that the recent transactions that cleared your account are all valid.
• A fee may be assessed for replacement cards (see Fee Schedule)
• You will receive your new card in the mail within 7-10 business days
