A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is issued when a new card is ordered. PIN’s are automatically generated, therefore MCCU does not have the ability to access your PIN or change it.
If you have misplaced or forgotten your PIN, contact the CU and we can assist you with ordering a copy. You would receive your PIN copy in the mail in about 7-10 business days.
