MCCU Response to COVID-19

We hope that this message finds you and your family doing well and staying healthy.

Lobby access to members is open while following the guidelines set by local City, County and State orders.

We encourage you to continue utilizing the drive-up, phone, email and online/mobile banking services-including remote check deposits to conduct your transactions. 

We will continue to have 50% of our staff working remotely to support physical distancing. We hope that by reducing our physical contact, we can contribute to the reduction of COVID-19 transmission.

Centennial Branch Lobby Access:

  • Face Masks are required when coming into our building.
    • Staff may ask you to lift your mask for identification purposes.
    • We will comply with local City and County guidelines regarding the use of face mask.
  • If you are not feeling well, please use the Drive-Up window
  • The lobby is limited to five (5) members/guests at one time.
    • We will ask members to wait outside if needed.
    • For basic transactions, we encourage you to use the drive-up window.
  • Floor markers have been installed and will assist with maintaining physical distancing.
  • Protective shields have been installed at the teller line to protect our members and our staff.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for both members and employees.
  • We will be cleaning and sanitizing the branch throughout the day
  • Saturdays: Until further notice, the lobby will be available by appointment only and all other transactions will be processed through the Drive-Up Window from 9am-12pm.

Denver Branch Lobby Access:

  • Face Masks are required when coming into our Denver Office.
    • Staff may ask you to lift your mask for identification purposes.
    • We will comply with the City and County of Denver’s guidelines regarding the use of face masks.
  • If you are not feeling well, please do not come in to our office. You may call us for assistance at 303-770-4468, ext. 152.
  • The lobby is limited to two (2) members/guests at one time.
    • We will ask members to wait outside if needed.

Banking from Home
You can bank from your phone or computer with our online and mobile banking features. It’sMe247 Online Banking (both mobile and online) is secure and can be used anywhere, and it has expanded features to replace your in-branch experience, including:

  • Apply for a loan and make your loan payments
  • Check the balance, history and statements of your accounts
  • Open new CD’s and Savings Accounts
  • Send us copies of documents or images using the Info Center and the Document/Image Upload Form
  • Transfer funds (including transferring funds between different financial institutions using A2A Transfers*)
  • Remote Deposit Capture to deposit your checks (Use your mobile app and select the Move Money tab and Deposit Check for details)
  • Pay bills (including transferring funds to individuals using P2P Transfers*)
